How to Contact Cooking Fever Support and Find Your Player ID
Cooking Fever support is run by Nordcurrent, and reaching them is easy once you know where the button is. Reaching them with a ticket they can act on is the harder part. This guide shows where the Support option and your Player ID live inside the game, which official URLs to use, what to put in the message so you are not asked for it later, and what the support team can realistically give back.
Where the Cooking Fever support button is
Tap the gear icon in the bottom right corner of the main screen. That opens the settings window. Inside it is a Support option. Nordcurrent’s own article on Nordcurrent ID describes the same route through the profile window, and the AppGamer walkthrough describes it as the Support option inside the options menu. Either way, it is two taps from the restaurant map.
The Support option does two things. It shows your ID with a copy button, and it opens the official contact form. Use it from inside the game rather than from a browser, for a reason covered below.
Where your Player ID is shown
Cooking Fever does not call it a Player ID. The game calls it a Device ID, and that is the value the support team means when they ask for your ID. It is a long string of letters and numbers, so use the copy button rather than typing it.
There is a second identifier. If you have connected a Nordcurrent ID, the settings window shows the email address tied to it, with its own copy button. Nordcurrent’s support documentation says progress connected to a Nordcurrent ID is stored on their servers and can be restored by signing in on another device. If you never connected one, the same article says to contact the support team with all of your Device IDs, plural, because a reinstall or a new phone generates a new one.
Open the form from inside the game, not from a browser. When the Support button launches the Nordcurrent form, it passes the game version, your device model, operating system, Device ID and current XP level in the page address. Going to the form from a search result sends none of that, and the first reply from Nordcurrent is likely to ask for it.
The official Cooking Fever support URLs
Every address below was checked at publication. Anything else claiming to be official is not.
| Channel | Address | Where it is listed |
| Support form | support-forms.nordcurrent.com | Where nordcurrent.com/support redirects |
| Support page link | nordcurrent.com/support/?gameid=1 | The official Google Play listing |
| Support email | [email protected] | Developer contact on Google Play |
The form itself has four fields: a Game dropdown, your email address, your message, and an optional attachment. Pick Cooking Fever, not Cooking Fever Duels, which is a separate game with separate progress data.
What to put in a Cooking Fever support ticket
A documented case on the Microsoft Q&A forum shows what Nordcurrent’s support team asks for when progress is lost: the level the player was on, how many restaurants they had, and receipts for purchases. Send all of it in the first message.
- Device ID. Copied from the Support option. Include the old one if you still have the old phone, and the new one.
- Nordcurrent ID email, if you ever connected one.
- XP level. The number in the top bar. If you are unsure which restaurants that level unlocks, the XP levels guide lists every gate.
- Restaurants owned. Count them and name them if you can. The full list of 48 restaurants helps you remember which ones you had opened.
- Purchase receipts. Google Play and Apple email a receipt for every gem pack. Forward them or attach screenshots. This is the part that decides whether paid gems come back.
- Device and OS. Phone model and Android or iOS version, plus the game version from the settings window.
- What happened. Reinstall, new phone, update, or crash, and the date.
How long a reply takes
The automatic acknowledgement says the team will get back to you within two working days. Treat that as the target, not a promise. In one Microsoft Q&A thread a player reported writing several times over a month and a half after a reinstall wiped a level 500 account, and received nothing beyond the automatic reply. Nordcurrent does not publish a current response time.
Two things shorten the wait. A complete first message avoids a round of questions, and one ticket per problem avoids your case being merged or deprioritised. Sending the same email daily does not move it up.
What Nordcurrent can and cannot restore
Connected to a Nordcurrent ID, restoration is not a support job at all. Sign in on the new device and the server copy comes down.
Without a Nordcurrent ID, the outcome depends on whether a Device ID still points at saved data. In the documented case above, support told the player the progress could not be restored, then compensated them with coins and gems after checking level, restaurant count and receipts. That is the realistic ceiling: a currency top up sized to where you were, not your exact save. Which restaurants, cooking machines and upgrades you buy back is then up to you, and the free gem sources still apply on top.
Support cannot recover progress from a device you no longer have if that device was never connected, cannot refund purchases made through Google or Apple, and cannot merge two separate saves into one. Refunds go through the store you paid, and Google Play and Apple apply their own time limits.
Frequently asked questions
How do I contact Cooking Fever support?
Tap the gear icon at the bottom right of the main screen, choose Support, and the game opens Nordcurrent’s contact form with your details already attached. If the game will not load, use support-forms.nordcurrent.com directly or email [email protected], both listed by Nordcurrent on the official Google Play page.
Where is my Cooking Fever Player ID?
In the settings window behind the gear icon, under the Support option. The game labels it Device ID rather than Player ID, and shows a copy button beside it. If you connected a Nordcurrent ID, the email address for that account appears in the same window and is worth sending as well.
What should I include in a Cooking Fever support ticket?
Your Device ID, your Nordcurrent ID email if you have one, your XP level, how many restaurants you owned and their names, receipts for any gem purchases, your phone model and operating system, the game version, and a short description of what happened and when. That is the set Nordcurrent has asked players for in documented cases.
How long does Nordcurrent support take to reply?
The automatic reply quotes two working days. Real waits vary, and Nordcurrent does not publish a current figure. One player on the Microsoft Q&A forum reported no substantive answer after six weeks. A complete first message with every ID and receipt attached is the only lever you control.
Can Cooking Fever support restore my lost progress?
Sometimes, and sometimes only partly. Progress connected to a Nordcurrent ID restores itself when you sign in. Unconnected progress depends on what your Device ID still points to. In the documented case, support could not restore the save and instead granted coins and gems matched to the player’s level and restaurant count.
The short answer
Open settings with the gear icon, tap Support, and copy your Device ID before you do anything else. Contact Nordcurrent through that button or at support-forms.nordcurrent.com, and put your ID, XP level, restaurant count, receipts and device details in the first message. Expect a wait longer than the two working days the auto reply quotes. Connect a Nordcurrent ID today so the next problem is a sign in rather than a ticket, and see the rest of our Cooking Fever guides for the game itself.
If the real problem is moving a save between phones rather than a lost one, the steps are in our guide to transferring Cooking Fever progress to a new phone.
