What to include
A useful message saves a round trip. Where it applies, please include:
- The exact page URL you are writing about
- The version number shown on that page
- Your device and Android version, if the problem is an install failure
- The exact error text, rather than a description of it
What we can help with

What we cannot help with
We did not build Cooking Fever and we do not build the modified packages, so we cannot recover a lost save, restore a suspended account, or provide support for the game itself. Anything to do with your official account belongs with Nordcurrent Games through their own support channel.
We also cannot make a modified build work on a device below Android 9. That requirement comes from the game and no version in the current line changes it.
Response times
Most messages get a reply within two to three working days. Copyright notices are handled ahead of everything else and are usually actioned the same day they arrive.
